Hawkins Maintenance & Preservation provides ongoing care, maintenance, and smaller custom projects exclusively in the Lake Lotawana area.
Our first priority is the homes we’ve built and clients we already serve, allowing us to care for those homes long after construction is complete. We also welcome new clients as availability allows, with services ranging from routine maintenance and repairs to renovations and custom updates.
Projects are managed on a cost-plus basis by our superintendent and project coordinator, who handle scheduling, trade coordination, and day to day details from start to finish.
